WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHERE IS IT COMING FROM?
We ship our framed canvases all over the world with production facilities in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands and in China
- US orders are produced & shipped from the USA.
- Canadian orders are produced & shipped from Canada.
- Australian orders are produced & shipped from Australia.
- NZ orders are produced & shipped from New Zealand.
- European orders are produced & shipped from The Netherlands.
- Asian orders are produced & shipped from China.
All canvases that are 125x125cm and 135x90cm are produced and shipped from China.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We charge a flat rate on all our orders, regardless of its size and volume. No matter how many items are in your order, that's the maximum that you'll be charged.
- USA - $15USD
- Canada - $20CAD
- Australia - $19.95AUD
- New Zealand - $22NZD
- UK - £12
- Rest of Europe - €14
IS THERE FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, you receive free shipping when you spend over the following amount per order:
- USA - spend over $149USD
- Canada - spend over $205CAD
- Australia - spend over $199AUD
- New Zealand - spend over $215NZD
- UK - spend over £115
- Rest of Europe - spend over €140
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
After your order has been processed and we have received full payment, you can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. It may take 2-4 extra days during the Christmas period.
DO YOU HAVE EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Yes, we currently have Express shipping for all Australian orders. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working business days.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
Depending on the courier used, your courier will either leave your order at a safe spot at your shipping address, or you will be left a card informing you that your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you will! We will send you an email to confirm your order, and send you another once it has been shipped, which will include your tracking number of your shipment. You will also be notified via email if your order is ready for collection at the local post office or depot.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
If you have received your order and it has been damaged during transit, simply provide us with photo evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with a replacement at no extra cost.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we do! The only canvas we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes are ones that are 125x125cm in size (due to size restrictions).
